- Positive skills assessment meeting Labour Agreement terms
- English proficiency as required by the Labour Agreement

Temporary Residence Transition (TRT) Stream
This stream allows temporary skilled workers holding a TSS or SID to transition to permanent residency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have worked with the sponsoring employer for at least 3 years in the nominated position on a TSS (Subclass 482) or SID (Subclass 482)
- Nomination from the eligible employer
- Relevant skills and qualifications, with a positive skills assessment if required
